The download files are zip files which means they are compact versions of the files which must be extracted (opened up) before you can use them.
To extract the files, you must have a zip utility (WinZip, etc.). If you do not have a zip utility installed, you can download a trial version from WinZip.
Once you have the zip utility installed on your machine, you can proceed with downloading.
To use this download site, you must know a few things about your own machine and your own software (such as how you find files after you save them). If you are having problems, please consult your instruction manuals.

DOWNLOADING INSTRUCTIONS:
Click on "Save File" or "Save it to disk"
Click "OK"
YOUR computer will ask you where you wish to save the file. This is YOUR decision -- you get to choose but be sure to remember where you put it and what the file is named.
Click "Save"
After you have saved the file, using a utility such as Windows Explorer or File Manager, go to the location where you saved the file.
Once you've found the file, double click on the file name. This will cause your zip utility to open up and get ready to unzip the file.
If you are using the trial version of WinZip, you will need to agree to the licensing requirements for using WinZip by clicking "I AGREE"
WinZip will then open and you will see the name of the file you have downloaded in the dialog box.
Double click on the file name and WinZip will unzip it for you and the file you downloaded will open.
Some documents require the use of
Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download a free copy at
www.adobe.com. If you are using Adobe 7.0, one or more of the
viewer windows may come up blank. If this occurs, click the refresh
button on your tool bar, refresh the page and the document should load
properly. Another option is to right click on the file and "save target
as" to save the file locally.
Please DO NOT call our office with download problems as these instructions are the extent of our download support.
