We are very pleased to announce the Division is offering financial institutions the option to pay their semi-annual assessments via ACH beginning with the June 30, 2009 assessment period.

Please review the ACH Payment Process Instructions and complete the attached ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment Form if you choose to pay your assessments via ACH.
